I think what would be best is to somehow implement the need for a duo but for Gears 2 only. That way you have one button for Rapid Fire then the other for other rapid buttons. Its hard to explain. Ill try it myself.

Exactly M$ buit the code to stop mods. They simply will not allow that fast of a rate. It allows fair gameplay. It shoots as fast as a human can pull the trigger.

If you could build the cod for Active reloads on GOW1 that would give an extreame advantage especially with the sniper.

That wouldnt make sense per you would have to your enemey lined in the exact position that you would like it to be. For instince if you melee then the person rolls ur timing is off you miss your shot and prolly get F$$$D up lol.
