One issue I had trying to use the custom editor is i have a hammer and i was using the raven file and it was making nothing work. so that would be what i would check make sure your using the file for the right controller

One thing that I have noticed is that you may have to actually unplug your xbox the issue i was having before with mine was everytime i went to put it in bootloader mode it would try and resync with my xbox causing all the leds to flash

I agree viking is great because they allow customer to post about interaction without filtering but its gotten crazy on how many people are asking how to reprogram and its funny because if they would do a little reading everything will make more sense

I personally hate the way they have it setup were you play hardcore or regular and play the different game modes i hate team death so every time it comes up i have to back out and try and find another room.

I believe it comes with The Works installed on it by default which has both the slow and the fast jitter on it. If its not installed by default you can always go and download the driver from the drivers page and reprogram it with it. I believe it ships from Washington
