Ok first off I don't think you are missing anything. If you are all you need to so sis contact E and ask him if there was insurance on your controller. I'm sure there is because it cost a lot to mod and a controller and buy the controller. Just contact the post office tell them some items where misplaced and not everything was in the package. They should rem burst you.

I'm working with Lars through the support e-mail. He's going to ship the controller back and we're going to test it out and try to find out what the problem may be. I'm locking this topic for the time being as it's getting a little out of hand. After we receive Lars' controller and ship it back, I'll unlock the topic so he can update everybody on his experience (good or bad :| ) it's important for our customers to be able to post about their experiences.
