Issue with controller just randomly fires a single shot

Did you actually put the version of firmware in there? Even if you think you did go ahead and humor me to try one more time but this time once you download to controller instead of hitting the reboot button when it says to! unplug and pull batteries out! Then load the example of call of duty that the public forge has and play with that to see if it does it! This time pick the firmware that was created on 3/2/2014 and if you have 2 of the same date pick the last one made!

I did download it to the controller and also instead of reboot button i just unplugged. I read that on here somewhere about the unplugging so tried that. It works fine with no runes. If you add any of the rapid fire examples it jacks up no matter what firmware you load.
