taking controller apart

help with shipping

i got a message from tech support resonding to my ticket. they said i could return it but im not sure how. can i use the same box that i recieved the controller in to send it back?

use a box. an box, make sure you address it corectly, go to the post office, pay the little man there, and give it to him, save your reciept, make sure it has a tracking number on it.

You cannot return to sender, you must repackage and pay for postage.

If I'm not mistaken, you will have to find a box and yes, pay for shipping. If you've never done it before, go to a UPS store and usually they have customer service reps sitting at the front counter waiting to help people like you :mrgreen:

I wouldn't say anywhere I went all over to find this screw driver and i couldn't find it. and when i did find it the bit was to short. Now I'm going to buy it off amazon for $3.00
