They must be windows computers- running real windows OS. No pirated software will work.

Do you have the .net framework installed? Did you follow the video? Is your controller in the correct programming mode when you plug it in?

Tyr's Hand does not include a programming cable, you have to supply and standard Microsoft play-and-charge cable.

Tyr's Hand customization software does not work in Macintosh.

Both of these items are clearly stated on the website:

http://viking360.com/xbox-360-rapidfire-controllers -- "
*Play-and-Charge cable not included.
"

http://viking360.com/support/faq --

What are the computer system requirements? Will the software work on Mac?
All of our software requires a computer with a USB port running Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP-SP3, and .NET framework 4.0. Macintosh and Linux are not supported at this time. Macro controller customers receive the programming cable and a software CD-ROM. The macro software desktop resolution minimum requirement is 1024 x 600.

This "Did you watch the video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=027Yv...layer_embedded" is that about the tyr's hand? because that is what I have. this video is about the sleeper?

You are probably trying to use the Macro software. The Macro software is for the $300 macro controller. If you have the Tyr's Hand, the software you want is the Legacy rapidfire software:

No, Tyr's Hand does not need programmed. Just grab the instruction sheet from in the box, it's the same instruction sheet here:

You know what fixthisplease the product was not rushed.

I bet the reason why the ABXY buttons do not work is because the controllers PCB is defective. Which is something Viking360 wouldn't have know about during testing of the controller since the Tyr's Hand is not wired into any of those buttons. So please show some patience because your being a lil rude!!!

Rude as in being in a rough or unfinished state? I kind of am right now just received a defective product. I get it. I got fast responses form this forum but don't be surprised with my disdain at the fact I payed for 3 day shipping to receive a lemon. To use the website, to search for help, to find my way to the boards, to running around trying this and that all of which have nothing to do with my device. Yes I'm direct and yea I'm a bit rude right now and yes I want what I payed for, simple. Thank you for your help.

Just to be clear how are you turning you're controller on? I just want to make sure you're not turning the controller on into programming mode because I think that the ABXY buttons would not work while the controller is in programming mode.

I'm sure the Shop Staff will be more than happy to work with you on getting the product returned/repaired/replaced.

You posted a support ticket on 11/13/2011 at 1:04PM local time. This is a Sunday. No one in the USA works on Sundays. Especially not on a holiday Sunday, such as this weekend, where Friday was a National Holiday (Veteran's Day).

Next time please have some patience - wait for the shop staff to return on Monday to answer your support ticket.

I provided you with instructions on returning the Tyr's Hand in the support ticket system. So I am locking this thread.
