I have since tried the new firmware again with my bf4 rune set, still has the same problem, revert to the previous firmware, again same rune set and it perfect, made a new rune set for new firmware and still the same issue.

Its ok if you update, it seems to be ok for some folks, plus I think it depends on what runes you have, besides, if the update fails for you, then do as I did and re-install the previous version until odin gives the go ahead ....

Suggest heating would be a problem unless you remove them, the lower mount I would think is glued, probably with nuts on the inside for stability, considered all these options, preferred the ones I used, that way the cosmetic appearance stayed original.

Well ..... I got it working at last, the adapter looks like it been swallowed and digested by some animal, then stomped on by a heavyweight, but it now fits and works ..... do not envy anyone else who has do it ... good luck ya'll ...lol

Would love to know how the hell you did that !!! Mine will not slot home at all, afraid I will snap the paddles, and they would not function anyway as they are being forced up by the adapter, would like to see the back view ....

You have to buy the new adapter and update your controller again, the new one gives you control over game volume and chat volume separately, that's why I really want to make the new one fit the berserker. Your dolby should still work whichever adapter you use, the update for the controller is...

There is nothing left on the adapter to change, have skimmed off everything I can without exposing the innards, so the only option is to trim the paddles, which I am NOT going to do, not yet anyway. Still have the original adapter to use, so that will have to do for now. Just hope those idiots...

No point in returning it, as odin has said, there is nothing they can do, this adapter was released after the design of the paddles was complete, I have already removed some of the adapter edge, but it still doesn't fit, the only option now is to remove a small section of the paddles to make...

Same here, never did use the recording on macro, but the library? Need that big time ....

The main answer is, not much difference to the macro overall, you can do everything the macro did and more .... yes you can combine buttons to perform or activate/deactivate your runes (macro's), so the reduction in tac switches does not reduce the functionality, if anything it makes it better...

Really feel for you guys, after all the hard work to perfect the berserker, this happens, not to worry, I will resolve it, either by cutting and shaping the new adapter to fit around the paddles (first option) or, if necessary I will trim off the "V" section of the paddles, probably will void...
