The only way is to buy a macro and a third party cross platform adapter like the XCM or Cornus. The jitter patch involes anolg movement that can only be replicated through a macro controller.

Look in the MW2 macro section. I already made 2 XYY jitters for MW2. If they arent fast enough for u increase the speed multiplier. U shouldent have to mess with them though i got them cranked up about as fast as the game will allow.
