Hey man a while ago when they re-did the website all of the accounts got lost I think and so you had to make a new account anyways. I would just make a ticket explaining your problem and they should get you squared away man.

Go to Viking360.com make an account then under the support tab I think there is a ticket system where you can explain everything.

Hey man I tried making one for you and it seems like the reload animation is the fastest way to reload. Battlefield really made it a pain in the butt to use modded controllers. Sorry man.

Dont worry about it man everyone has some mishaps here and there a part of making macros man. Im sure you will make many more macros with a fixed controller.

Hmm like for Call of duty run cancels the reload the command so if I hit X to reload then I could cancel that command by running and it will stop reloading. I was just wondering if there was something like that in BF3.

You can however you can't do it unless you have a macro controller I'm pretty sure. You have to reload then run to cancel it.
