When you turn the controller on it will turn the 360 on, I don't think there are any settings to change this on the console settings, might be worth a look though. If it is annoying you, you could always pull the plug out of the back of the 360 which will solve the problem.

That looks right, and then you need the same for point L, obviously it can be a different colour if you want.

Once you have flashed it with a preset you need to press reset :)

Well you should work out the resister needed then wire the positive side of your LED's to either K or L depending which one you want as what colour and the negative to any negative.

Try re-flashing your controller with the BootLoader..

Try using a different point for the D and see if that helps?

It sounds like you have a short somewhere, check all your connections, underneath the chip aswell..

Wrong. The Sync & Right Tact are wired to the same place (hence why you hold that button to get into bootloader mode). and all the other buttons are wired the same except the 2 thumbsticks.
