Can you go back the last rune pack that was working for you and try that?

I think you posted on XBOX 360 macros but he said he ordered a Berserker? We don't have a translator for that yet (to go from XBOX 360 to XBOX One).

Currently the software is on the product page. Go to Viking360.com, click on XBOX One, click on Berserker, and on that product page (same page where you originally purchased) are tutorial video links, software downloads, a link to the Viking Forge, etc.

Correct, Berserker's paddle switches are still incompatible with the stereo headset adapter. We also only support headsets that are officially licensed by Microsoft. If you purchase the Berserker with standard tac switches instead of paddle switches, it will work with the stereo headset...

Yes, what happens now (this will change in the future hopefully) is that they register your device with the Forge when they are testing. After it's registered one of us goes in to pull that device out of the system and register your account, we send the login and password manually in the ticket...
