Hi, we don't have any open tickets in the system, all tickets have been answered. Did you check your spam or junk folder for our ticket responses? Did you accidentally send the e-mail without the ticket header (if you erase the header then the ticket system doesn't put your e-mailed response...
I have put a bunch of attachments but we don't officially support downgrades so attempt at your own risk. If you brick it you will have to mail it in for factory reprogram and you can only get the latest put back on and we charge a fee for it. If you try to load a CG2 firmware into a Matrix2...
Did Turbo Melee button combination change from v1.4 to v1.8? What combo are you using. The instructions I have say to do this:
To activate Turbo Melee, hold mod switch + hold THROW LETHAL + tap MELEE attack. The Player 3 LED will twinkle to let you know that you've activated turbo melee.
There is no programming of the USB PS3 Ragnarok on the fly through button presses. It can only be programmed by the computer. There wasn't enough memory in the PS3 modchip to offer both USB and on the fly programming. In the non-USB version of the PS3 you can program on the fly, since the USB...
Thanks PaulaTheKoala for some ideas. We are stalling a bit on PS4 Berserker for a couple of reasons. The main reason is that our Viking Forge/Berserker software never got completed 100%. We're working on that and hoping to have it completed in November. The main features missing that I...

XBOX 360 Macro:
-Could keep re-recording macros over and over, but you were only able to retrieve the last...
Bonefisher I'm not 100% sure what you are asking but I've thought about having a calibration feature where every customer can calibrate their specific controller. Right now we just have a blanket calibration "one size fits all" which inevitably leads to some controllers being more sensitive...
There has to be an existing glitch in the game, you can't just say you want 1,000 shots per second jitter. Somebody has to discover a glitch first, then making the macro is just a matter of repeating the button presses that make the glitch happen.
Your assumption is incorrect. The mod switch is NOT the same as the back button.
The back button is the back button. It is the opposite of the start button. To the left of the guide button. Its literally labeled "back".
Thanks for reporting. It sounds like I have some work to do in regards to looking closer at what happens with the voltages on the triggers when the controller is running on battery vs. running on corded power.
